Helping people and companies thrive — with science, strategy and clarity.
Meet Angela
Combining psychology, culture and strategy to make work actually work.
I’ve worked with high-performing professionals for years — from team leads to founders. Smart, capable people who started feeling off-track.
Not because they lacked talent, but because the way they worked no longer matched how humans are wired. Because wellbeing isn’t compartmentalised. Your mind, body, relationships and daily habits are constantly interacting.
Sustainable performance only happens when we work with — not against — that interconnectedness.
I started in private practice, always asking: what’s really going on here? What’s beneath the symptoms? A mindset shift. A biological mismatch. A system that rewards overdrive. Often, one small insight changed everything.
Now I work with leaders and HR to bring wellbeing into strategy — 1:1 and for the team — as a lever for better performance. I help you measure what matters, design plans that fit your context, and build a work culture where people stay focused, healthy, and human.
Alongside my work with clients, I teach psychology at the Pruimboom Institute, where I explore the psychological foundations of psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) — the science of how our body systems connect. That same science shapes how I work with teams: we go deeper, act earlier, and stay fully human.
I’m Dutch-Polish, have lived and worked across Europe and Latin America, and speak English, Spanish and Dutch.
I believe flourishing at work shouldn’t come at the expense of life outside it.
And I know leaders have more influence than they think.
